Rotogravure

Rotogravure provides thcse absolute highest print quality available for flexible packaging. Gravure achieves a crisp and vibrant image superior to other printing methods. Gravure is also tremendously consistent; package #1 will looks exactly like package #1,000,000. Our gravure printed packaging also costs less than Flexo printed packaging (both pre-press and per package).

Pre- Press

We provide full digital pre-press service. Our pre-press systems are tightly calibrated to our presses. We can take virtually any art file and prep it into “press-ready”. An essential part of the “art-prep process”; We offers the latest in proofing technologies to illustrate in advance how your printed package will look.

Flexography

We utilize 8 and 10 color flexography when circumstances demand faster lead times for packaging produced domestically. We also utilize the latest in narrow-web flexography for our pressure sensitive labels using the newest in super-high screen count digital polymer printing plates.

Our gravure printed flexible packaging undergoes a comprehensive series of production and post-production tests. Our gravure printed flexible packaging is the most visually and functionally consistent in the world.

Adhesive Laminations

The majority of our laminations are bonded via the solvent free adhesive. This system achieves the excellent film bonds, while also offering the advantage of being odorless.

Extrusion Laminations

Extrusion laminations utilize polyethylene to bond 2 or more films together, typically the preferred method for laminating multi-ply foil structures.

Pattern MET ™Registered Pattern Metallization

The Pattern MET ™ Pattern Metallization also requires unique equipment which allows us to print, laminate and pattern metalize in one pass.
Co-extruded Blown Films

We offer the latest in 7 layer co-extruded blown films technology from Windmueele- Holschier. Many unique physical properties can be built into our multi-layer films and sealant webs.

Registered Cold Seal Cohesive

Cold seal is applied in-line after printing and laminating. This requires specialized equipment which allows us to print, laminate and apply cold seal in one pass.

Coextruded Blown Films

We offer the latest in 7 layer coextruded blown films technology from Windmueele- Holschier. Many unique physical properties can be built into our multi-layer films and sealant webs.

Pouch and Bag Making

Our capacity includes over 25 bag and pouch making machines that manufacture a wide array of different style packages. Our bags and pouches are capable of holding from: one ounce to up to 50 lbs.
